Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern every sale made on the-pregnancy-pillow.com, trading as The Pregnancy Pillow. They apply to any order of the U-shaped pregnancy pillow, the nursing pillow and the add-ons offered at checkout. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: no delivery charge is added at the payment step. The prices in force on the day of your order are:

The Pregnancy Pillow may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel the order concerned, with a full refund if it has already been paid.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed from the product page, through the secure checkout button. An order becomes firm once payment is approved. A confirmation email summarising it is sent to you. The Pregnancy Pillow may refuse or cancel an order where there is a prior dispute or another legitimate reason, refunding you where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe alone: The Pregnancy Pillow never sees them and never stores them. Payment is due in full at the time of the order. The transaction is protected by strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) where your bank requires it.

5. Delivery

That time runs from payment approval. If your parcel has not reached you within it, write to contact@the-pregnancy-pillow.com and we open a search with the carrier straight away. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility. The detail is on our shipping page.

6. Our 30-day guarantee

Every The Pregnancy Pillow order is covered by a 30-day commercial guarantee. If your pillow is not right for you, or arrives damaged, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. This guarantee is ours: it applies wherever you are and does not depend on any law. The detail is on our returns and refunds page, and the return form is ready to copy.

7. Your statutory rights

Our guarantee sits on top of whatever rights the law of your country gives you. It never replaces them, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

• United Kingdom — you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason, and the goods must be of satisfactory quality and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Australia — our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Canada and the United States — consumer protection is set at provincial and state level. Your local rules apply in full, alongside our guarantee.

8. Use and liability

Our pillows are bedding items intended for sleeping comfort and support. They should be used in line with the care instructions supplied. To the extent permitted by law, The Pregnancy Pillow's liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Animouf LLC is registered — without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, we would much rather sort it out directly: write to us, we answer.
